In this course, you’ll learn how to setup and perform various cardio exercises using the ALLN-1: Cardio Slider Configuration.

The ALLN-1: Cardio Slider configuration simulates training you’d get from doing mountain climbers or using the stair stepper.  This configuration is a perfect addition to your home workout regimen for low impact, high intensity cardio training.  Use the ALLN-1 and sliders to improve your cardio, tone your glutes and legs, while also improving your balance as the continuous movement requires you to maintain your balance while doing the exercises.
