Whether you’re a beginner or pro our HANDS-ON booty building workshops are designed to jumpstart your booty building workouts. During this class, your instructors will teach you how to target and isolate all three muscles of your gluteal deltoid (the gluteus maximus, medius, minimus), without overdeveloping the larger muscles of the legs. This helps in creating a smooth and tapered look that moves down from your butt, to your hips, and into your legs. Booty Boot Camp Online - Level I (Bands & Body Weight)

Pelvic Thrust with Resistance BandThis is a 4-Week level self-paced exercise course that lays the foundation for all of the Booty Booty Camp classes and this series, with an emphasis on property exercises and stretches to tighten and tone your glutes, using Bad Ass Booty Bands and Body Weight Exercises that can be done at home.

Booty Boot Camp Online - Level II (ALLN-1 Exercise Bench)

ALLN-1 Hip ThrustThis is a 6-Week INTERMEDIATE level self-paced exercise course that builds upon the foundation principles and exercises learned in the Booty Boot Camp Online - Level l course.  

Additionally, in this Booty Boot Camp series, the training emphasis will continue on using different ways to use exercises and techniques to tone your glutes, bu(TT) this time, using the ALLN-1 Exercise Bench, Bad Ass Booty Bands and Body Weight exercises that can be done at home.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU TAKE THE LEVEL I COURSE BEFORE TAKING THIS COURSE as topics from that courses will only be covered on a cursory level.

Booty Boot Camp Online - Level III

This is a 4-Week ADVANCED level self-paced exercise course that builds upon the foundation principles and techniques learned in the Booty Boot Camp Online - Level's i & II course.  

Additionally, in this Booty Boot Camp series, the training emphasis will continue on using different ways to use exercises and techniques to tone your glutes, bu(TT) this time, using the Traditional Gym Equipment, ALLN-1 Exercise Bench, Bad Ass Booty Bands and Body Weight exercises that can be done at home.  

WE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU TAKE THE LEVEL I and LEVEL II COURSES BEFORE TAKING THIS COURSE as topics from those courses will only be covered on a cursory level.
